Violette went to her first Celtic’s game – it was a preseason game versus the 76ers. We practiced wearing the headphones while watching Sunday football in the afternoon. At the Garden, she slept through the first two quarters and we decided to take her out of the baby carrier before we left (we wanted to leave while it was still fun and not wait for a meltdown) – turns out, V LOVES watching the Jumbotron lights and trying to track the players as they run up and down the floor. VAF Game 1 was a success (it also turns out that we now count Celtics game successes if we can enjoy attending the game which is more dependent on V than on a W or a L).

The first week of Daycare went great! Mom & Dad still have some work to do, acclimating to the wee morning hours routine – but the week was a success. Here are some pictures of V in her super cute outfits, snoozing while Mom & Dad finish getting ready, playing under the activity center at daycare, our Tuesday evening celebration trip to Parish, and the many faces of Violette.
Today Violette is 6 weeks old and starting her first day of daycare (and Jeannette is headed back to work).
Cute, yet warm, outfit – a bit tired as 5am comes real early – even for a baby!
Taking another snoozer at daycare after a visit from Mom
A nice walk home with lots to see.
Daycare and the ladies that work there are great!
