Today was the big day we got to find out if we are having boy or a girl! It was so fun that Becky was in town so she could be there to find out with us!

We hit up the hockey double header at Fenway today. We don’t follow high school or college hockey at all, but we love Fenway and wanted to see the novelty of a hockey rink set up in the infield. It was SUPER cold, but we had a great time! They moved the game start times up so everyone could get home in time for the Pats game! (Of note, there were no Tebow fans there.) Go Pats!
We’ve had a little bit going on lately, as we bought a house! It is a brownstone condo in Chester Square, in the South End. We adore our new place and are excited to do a little bit of work and move in! Mannie isn’t so sure yet, but we think he’ll come around!
P.S. We highly recommend our real estate agent, Ken Snyder. He is awesome!
We spent New Year’s Eve with the boys. We (Daniel) made homemade raviolis from scratch! It was super fun AND super yummy! We brought the Wii down with us and played lots of games. It was a great New Year’s Eve. Daniel even made French toast in the morning! A great start to the New Year!
The Celtics Open Practice is never anything all that exciting, but we still decide to go every year by the time it rolls around, because we are just so darned excited for the season to start. The excitement was only increased by the NBA lockout.
The Green versus White scrimmage was fun. There was a flurry of last second scoring and lead changes, culminating in an Avery Bradley 3 for the win.
The item of note this year, is that when they went through the whole roster and announced everybody, they didn’t mention Jeff Green – we definitely noticed and wondered what was up. The news wasn’t released until later about his heart condition. We will definitely miss him this season. We like him.
